How to Take Care of Your Skin

  1. Cleanse your skin. Find a good cleanser for your skin type. Do not over cleanse. When you over cleanse you strip your skins natural oils, this keeps your skin looking healthy.     
  2. Exfoliate. Use scrubs. Scrubs work by removing the top layer of dead skin cells that gives your skin a dull appearance. Exfoliate once or twice a week.
  3. Toner. Use a toner to remove remaining traces of oil and dirt. If you use a good cleanser, a toner  can be skipped .  You be the judge, everyone has different skin types.
  4. Moisturize. Always moisturize even if you have oily skin. Always apply Sun Screen; the number one cause of wrinkles is sun damage.
